PHP Cookies: Set and get cookie values and other parameters

This class can set and get cookie values and other parameters.

It provides several functions that can access the PHP $_COOKIE superglobal variable to perform operations on cookie values for the current HTTP request that PHP is handling.

Currently, it can:

- Set the value and other parameters of a cookie with a given name

- Get or set the path and the domain of the current HTTP request

- Set the values of multiple cookie values

- Check if the current request has set a cookie with a given name

- Get the value of a cookie with a given name

- Get the values of multiple cookies

- Delete the value of a cookie with a given name

- Delete multiple cookies
